Proposal writing, capture management, and certification readiness.
Three services, one outcome: businesses come to us to win government work. Everything below serves that single purpose.
Proposal writing
When the solicitation drops, the clock starts. We turn its requirements into a response that is compliant, persuasive, and ready for the evaluator’s scorecard, managed against the deadline from day one. You run your company; we run the proposal.
What you get
- Compliance matrix and outline built from the solicitation
- Win themes grounded in your past performance
- Full draft, review cycles, and final production
- On-time submission, every time
Capture management
The proposal is the last step, not the first. Capture is the work that decides whether you should bid at all, and whether you can win before anyone writes a page.
What you get
- Opportunity qualification (a bid/no-bid you can defend)
- Agency and incumbent analysis
- Teaming and positioning strategy
- A capture plan that feeds straight into the proposal
Certification readiness
The right certification opens doors that stay closed otherwise. We prepare you to walk through them: the GSA Schedule first, then the SBA set-asides as your strategy widens. When a contract calls for a certified quality management system, our ISO 9001 readiness work picks up from here.
What you get
- GSA Schedule (MAS) preparation and submission
- 8(a), WOSB, SDVOSB, and HUBZone readiness
- SAM registration and compliance hygiene
- A certification roadmap matched to your pipeline
The terms, defined.
| Government-contracting terms, in plain language | |
|---|---|
| GSA Schedule (MAS) | A long-term governmentwide contract that lets federal buyers purchase from you at pre-negotiated terms. |
| Capture | The work done before a solicitation is released: qualifying the opportunity and positioning you to win it. |
| Set-aside | A contract reserved for small businesses or a specific program, such as 8(a), WOSB, SDVOSB, or HUBZone. |
| SAM | The System for Award Management: the federal registration you must hold and keep current to be eligible for government contracts. |
| Solicitation (RFP) | The government’s formal request for proposals: the requirement, the rules, and the deadline for your bid. |
Questions, answered.
How does a proposal writing engagement work?
You bring us the solicitation. We build the compliance matrix and the outline, write the draft, run the review cycles, and deliver a finished response before the deadline. You keep running your company; we carry the proposal from first page to submission.
What is capture management, and when should it start?
Capture is the work that happens before the RFP drops: deciding whether the opportunity deserves your bid, studying the agency and the incumbent, and positioning your company to win. The honest answer on timing is early. By the time a solicitation is public, the strongest competitors have been preparing for months.
What is a GSA Schedule, and does my business need one?
A GSA Schedule, formally the Multiple Award Schedule, is a long-term contract that lets government buyers purchase from you at pre-negotiated terms. It opens a wide market, but it is not the right first move for every company. We will tell you plainly whether it fits your pipeline before you spend a dollar pursuing it.
Will anyone know we worked together?
Not from us. Government-contracting work is confidential by default. We keep no public client list, we publish no case studies, and your proposals remain yours alone.
